available for your body.  For example, if you swallow and I just a vitamin, how much of that vitamin will make it into your bloodstream and into your
tissues were it is needed.  It is often taken for granted, that our body digests and absorbs the food vitamins and supplements that we take a 100% level.

Detox diets deal with body cleansing.  The premise of body cleansing is based on the Ancient Egyptian and Greek idea of autointoxication, in which
foods consumed or in the humeral theory of health that the four humours themselves can putrefy and produce toxins that harm the body. Detox diets
usually suggest that water, or fruits and vegetables compose a majority of one's food intake. Detox diets generally involve eliminating or flush and toxic
materials from the body.  Although the specific nature and quantity of body toxins is debatable, one area that we know excess materials reside in is the
colon.  The colon or the large intestine is one of the places where digestion of foods ends.  Digestion begins in the mouth with the mastication, or

mentioned earlier.  Complete calorie restriction, or fasting, generally does not work for longer than two or three days.  Your body will adjust to the
restriction calories and make it harder for you to lose weight lose weight.  The trick with calorie restriction is to make sure the diet provide enough
calories to promote compliance.  Also you must make sure that all types of calories are accounted for.  This way, if you do have problems sticking to the
